Ford Ka 1.6 2002 - Speed sensor Installation - panduro

Hi, I need to install a new speed sensor which I bought but I can't find where it is installed.Does anyone know where the speed sensor is found of the Ford Ka 1.6?

The speed sensor is fitted at the back of gearbox,near driveshaft.What is the reason for replacement?hth
