Morgan Motor Company (MMC) secured European Whole Vehicle Type approval for its Aero8 supercar.
Length: 4,120mm (13ft 6ins) ; width: 1,770mm 5ft 10ins. ).
The first completely new Morgan car for 60 years, the Aero8 features an advanced bonded aluminium chassis and a specially-developed 4,398cc 32 valve BMW V8 which puts out 286bhp and 324lb ft (440Nm) torque through six speed gearbox giving this 1,000kg car serious performance potential.
Zero to 60 in about 4.5 seconds. Tops out at 160mph. Combined consumption 22.8mpg. Emissions 295g/km.
New Junair paint-shop means much wider range of colours, better quality finish and shorter delivery dates, now down to less than two years and as little as 13 months for new orders.
