It allows cars to be recovered without customers having to wait for a recovery truck.

Schools are failing to deliver adequate road safety training, after it emerged that half of children aged 6-11 have never received any form of pedestrian safety training.

The Ultra Low Emissions Zone - or ULEZ - replaces the T-Charge and operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year. It means most vehicles, including cars, motorcyles and vans, will need to meet new emissions standards or pay a daily charge.

April 2019 sees changes to the London Congestion Charge - more specfically the criteria for cars that are exempt. Models must emit no more than 75g/km of CO2 and have a minimum electric only range of 20 miles.
