Land Rover introduces 25th anniversary Discovery
Published 17 February 2014
Land Rover has announced a special edition Discovery to celebrate 25 years since the model was introduced in 1989. The XXV Edition is based on HSE Luxury trim and gets Windsor leather upholstery, along with plenty of XXV badges on the silver paintwork. Prices are around £3000 more than the standard £59,450 HSE Luxury.
You might expect more standard equipment on a special edition model, but HSE Luxury trim already comes with pretty much everything you could ask for, including an in car television, keyless entry and start and climate control. There are a few niceties specific to the XXV, though, including a wooden steering wheel rim and unique 20-inch alloy wheels.
