2023 Jaguar F-Pace prices and release date
The new Jaguar F-Pace 2024 model year is open for ordering now. First deliveries are expected to be in the first half of 2023, and demonstrators will be released into dealers early in the new year.
2023 Jaguar F-Pace prices start from £48,660, for the entry-level D200 R-Dynamic S diesel version. The most affordable petrol is the P250 R-Dynamic S, which is priced from £52,415. The Jaguar F-Pace P400e plug-in hybrid costs from £60,985.
The number of variants has been simplified; the range of trims now comprises R-Dynamic S, R-Dynamic SE Black, R-Dynamic HSE Black, 400 Sport and SVR.
2023 Jaguar F-Pace styling, interior and technology
The new Jaguar F-Pace is visually very similar to the previous model year. It was heavily facelifted in 2021, which introduced high-tech new LED lights at the front, containing a distinctive ‘J-shaped’ LED daytime running light signature. Slimline LED tail lamps in a smoked red finish gave it a more modern appearance at the rear, too.
All new Jaguar F-Pace now come with generously-sized alloy wheels. 2023 Jaguar F-Pace R-Dynamic S models now have 19-inch alloy wheels as standard. R-Dynamic SE Black have 20-inch alloys and R-Dynamic HSE Black have 21-inch alloys – those buying or leasing the new Jaguar F-Pace can choose from either diamond-turned or black finish alloy wheels. Run-flat tyres are optional too.
The new Jaguar F-Pace 400 Sport now comes with larger 22-inch forged alloy wheels, in gloss silver with diamond-turned finish and contrast inserts. A neat detail touch is the previous red and silver centre caps now coming in black and silver.

There are updates to the trim and detailing of the new Jaguar F-Pace. A Black Pack is now standard on all but entry-level grade models. This brings a gloss black finish to the grille and grille surround, door mirror caps, front wing vents, window surrounds, rear valence and rear badges – while the R-Dynamic badge is now black and grey rather than red and green.
The Jaguar F-Pace received an all-new interior in 2021; it’s one of the finest interiors in the premium SUV sector and it’s been enhanced further for the 2024 model year. All models have a smart TFT digital driver display, which becomes an interactive driver display on all but R-Dynamic S grade. A sporty black ebony suedecloth headliner also features on R-Dynamic SE and above.
Every 2023 Jaguar F-Pace features the firm’s excellent Pivi Pro infotainment system, which is operated through a large-format centre touchscreen. It’s kept constantly up-to-date through automatic over-the-air updates. It has wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus built-in Amazon Alexa and the innovative what3words navigation system. Wireless device charging is now standard.
2023 Jaguar F-Pace engines, performance and fuel economy
The star car of the new Jaguar F-Pace line-up is the enhanced P400e plug-in hybrid. This now has a larger battery, whose energy storage capacity grows to a generous 19.2kWh. It means the electric-only driving range improves from 33 miles to just over 40 miles. This, crucially, delivers an improved company car Benefit in Kind (BIK) tax rate of eight per cent, compared to the previous car’s 12 per cent rating.
CO2 emissions of the new Jaguar F-Pace P400e fall too, starting from 37g/km. And while it’s irrelevant in real-world use, the official fuel economy figures improves to 176.6mpg. When the battery is flat, a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo petrol engine takes over – giving a total power output of 404PS, which ensures lively performance, including 0-60mph acceleration in just 5.0 seconds – making it the fastest non-SVR Jaguar F-Pace on sale.
The 2023 Jaguar F-Pace P400e has benefits in terms of charging speed too. It is able to use 35kW DC fast charging, so can top up to 80% in just 30 minutes – helping extend the pure electric range in the real world. Using a 7kW wall box, the new Jaguar F-Pace P400e charges from 0% to 100% in two hours 30 minutes.

There are three driving modes in the new Jaguar F-Pace plug-in hybrid; hybrid is default mode, EV allows it to drive solely on electric power, and ‘save’ mode prioritises the combustion engine so battery power can be deployed later.
The engine line-up in other new Jaguar F-Pace variants is impressively comprehensive. The D200 is a 204PS 2.0-litre turbodiesel, while the P250 is a 250PS 2.0-litre petrol. Both are four-cylinder engines. The D300 is a 300PS in-line six-cylinder diesel, while the P400 is a 400PS 3.0-litre in-line six-cylinder – which is only available in 400 Sport grade.
At the top of the new Jaguar F-Pace 2024 model year range is the snarling P550 SVR, which uses a 5.0-litre supercharged V8. Performance is staggering, with 0-60mph taking just 3.8 seconds, onto a 178mph top speed.
