When Kia replaced the dull-as-fudge 2004 Picanto with a new one in 2011, it became one of the best city cars on sale. Now, with this new and improved model, Kia might just have the best city car in the world on its corporate hands.
That said, Euro NCAP disagrees strongly. Mark takes you through it.
