Developed under new collaboration between Suzuki and Toyota, the new Across is a plug-in hybrid SUV based on the RAV4.
It combines an 18.1kWh battery with a 134kW electric motor and 2.5-litre petrol engine, while it's capable of covering up to 46 miles under electric power alone. WLTP CO2 emissions are 22g/km while officially it returns up to 282mpg in official WLTP fuel economy tests. Like all PHEVs, this will depend on how often the Across is charged and the kind of journeys you cover.
