I bought a car from eBay without doing an HPI check and have now discovered it’s Cat N write off - what can I do?

I just purchased a vehicle without doing an HPI check before and bought the car from eBay but now discovered it’s total loss Cat N. I need help please?

If you bought from a dealer these are your rights: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/ If you bought privately you may have a Small Claims case for Breach of Contract. If the vendor has vanished, no chance.
