Offside rules
I'm 73 and hadn't driven on the right for 30 years. I solved the problem of lack of practice of driving on the right and the worry of starting on the left hand side of the road through habit. I bought a Microsoft Xbox, a car racing game called "Test Drive" and a steering wheel that connects up to an Xbox. I then “drove" at a very leisurely pace around a virtual Hawaii for around 20 hours. Afterwards had no problem when driving in the real Calgary on holiday. We go to Calgary to see my daughters each year. Before we go I spend say 4 hours driving around Hawaii on the Xbox.

Brilliant suggestion. But the most dangerous bit remains when you've lost your way, stopped, checked the map, then turned round and set off back. That's when you're most likely to drive on the wrong side.
