Last year I sought your advice on buying a Jaguar XF. You advised me to wait until I could afford the 3-litre version. I recently took delivery of a 3-litre portfolio and want to say thankyou, thankyou, thankyou! It really is a magnificent car and I love it. Once again, thank you for the advice and a great column.

Wonderful and bespoke feeling interior. Amazingly quiet and refined. More economical 2.2 diesel from 2011. Navigation not fitted as standard on most models.
