Blinking Nuisance
My pet hate is indicators flashing in my eyes when waiting at traffic lights, especially on cold, wet British winters nights. Nothing worse. Especially cars or vans with worn out old lamps that are almost white instead of yellow, sitting winking at me for minutes on end. I pull down the sunvisor or sit with my hand blocking the light. How long do people think it's going to take me to realise that a turn is going to take place? A little common sense and consideration for other drivers is all that's needed, sadly that seems to be a dying breed these days.

Yes, quite right. You often only need to signal to the car drawing up behind in the queue. You can then switch off your signal until the lights change.
