Valuation on a Citroen C4 Picasso
I am looking to trade my Citroen C4 picasso VTR+ 1.6 HDi seven-seater 57 plate with 36500 milers for a Kia Ceed 1.6 GS diesel.
What Car? and Parker's value my car at £7600 and £8000. The dealer offered £6600 "as per Glass's Guide". Four months ago I paid for a Glass's valuation on the car and it was exactly the same as What Car?'s.
Naturally, the dealer would hardly shift on the valuation of his car which was well above the What Car? price.

Glass's Guide trade book is £6,925 with 39k miles, so the dealer was lying and offering less than Glass's Guide. Don't deal with him.
