Which accident management?

My wife has been offered free Honda Happiness Accident Management for her three year old Jazz.

In view of the adverse comments about 'accident management companies' is it a good idea to accept, and if she has an accident to use this service?

She is unlikely to need a replacement car because it is our second car. The car is insured fully comprehensive with Churchill.
