Does the new Focus leak?

Having tested and looked at the new Focus, just released, can you confirm if Ford have sorted the problem with rainwater entering the hatch area when lifting the tailgate?

We tested it in the rain. You can watch the rain falling on me as we test its collision mitigation system. never had any fall into the back when we lifted the hatch.
