Liability dispute
I was recently involved in a car accident. The other driver pulled out of a side road and hit my car which was on a main road turning right into the said side road.
The other driver is now lying and disputing liability, claiming that she was stationary. My insurance company has said there is nothing more I can do without an independent witness.
What should I do? How do I bring the other driver to account?

Take the matter to court and let a judge decide who is lying and who isn't (with the threat of a perjury charge hanging over whoever is lying).
