Honda Happiness Accident Assistance

What are your views on Honda Happiness Accident Assistance? In the (hopefully unlikely) event of an accident should I inform them OR my Insurance company first?
I ask because of the scams currently operating in respect of a "replacement vehicle" (car hire).

The manufacturers are currently battling the insurers to get this working. In fact, it's to everyone's benefit. It ensures that repairs are done properly so manufacturers get saleable crash repaired cars. And it cuts out the crooked accident management and credit hire outfits that are costing everuone a fortune, including the insurers.
