I need a reliable, spacious, quality estate for £8000
I need a presentable, reliable, roomy estate that will take me to work every day, winter and summer, on country roads in Yorkshire, plus 20,000 motorway miles per year. It must offer reasonable comfort and economy. I am considering the Audi A6 TDI Quattro at the moment. Budget £8,000.

If you can get a post 2004 A6 3.0V6 TDI quattro for £8k you'll be doing well. Stunning looking car that's also a very good drive, but £8k could mean 100k miles and things could be starting to go wrong.
