I need a cheap 4x4

I live in rural area. I am on my own and must have reliable vehicle, there's been a lot of bad weather, snow and ice in area.

My budget is restricted. I'm looking at cheap small 4x4, and I found a 2005 Fiat Panda with 62,000 miles at £5600. Is it better to lease same car?

A 62,000 mile 2005 Panda 4x4 is eye wateringly expensive. The vendor might be able to get that from someone desperate but it's far too much. Should be £3,500 max. But all small 4x4s are silly money now because you left it far too late. Your answer might be something like an ordinary Panda on Cold Weather Winter Tyres, if you can get the tyres - becuse in the UK Winter Tyres are also in short supply. www.mytyres.co.uk might be able to get you a spare set of wheels with winter tyres from Germany where supply is better because winter tyres are compulsory in snow.
