Someone reversed into my stationary car
Someone reversed into my stationary car in Dec 2011. He walked off and I went to him and asked why. He said "there is no damage, so?" and walked off. I took down his registration number, as my front bumper was cracked. I'mm not sure how long I have to claim and if I should tell my insurers or use the claim firms out there.

Report it to the police as well as reporting it to your insurer. Don't let him get away with it.
