Buying and Selling and Shell V-Power
I have just bought a new Focus Titanium to my exact spec through Drive the Deal, and sold the old car through Sure Sell. It worked out very well - thanks for the advice in your DT articles. Everybody involved was extremely friendly and helpful.
The new car needs Shell V-Power, as also recommended by you, but my local garage charges 8p more per litre for it than for ordinary un-leaded. Does this seem a fair mark-up to you ???

Many thanks for confirming that the strategy works. I am so convinced by V-Power I would not put anything else into a petrol engine I owned. With diesels it's a toss up between BP Ultimate diesel and Shell -Power diesel to get the extra lubricity, detergent and cetane, all of which benefits the engine.
