SEAT Exeo ST
My seat exeo st is just 2 years old.Recently the climate control stopped giving out any cold air and also gave a terrible smell. The main dealer I bought the car from told me this was not a warranty item as they could not identify a leak in the system.Charged me over£120 to regas and purify.Should I expect this every 2 years?Do you consider it a warranty issue?Have I been misinformed?Appreciate your comments.Thanks

Down to how you have been using the a/c. If you don't run it almost weekly through the winter the seals will dry out and it will start to lose gas. The stink is from bacteria that has grown on condensation inside the trunking. In winter, after running the a/c on cold, best to run it on maximum heat for 5 minutes to dry the condensation and kill any bacteria in the trunking.
