My warranty started some weeks before i bought my new car - should i be worried?

I recently bought a Fiat 500 and noticed that the warranty started four weeks before I bought the car. The dealership has said that this is down to the car being registered early. I have asked for a confirmation that should an issue arise three years from now there wont be any haggling. They have refused to discuss this. I expected more from Fiat. Can I get them to change the warranty date?

So you bought a pre-reg. Presumably the price reflected that? But the warranty starts from when the car was registered. Can't be changed. You won't need it anyway. I've had mine 4 years and nothing whatsoever has gone wrong.
