Parking charge notice - what should I do?

I have received a parking charge notice from parking eye, for parking for 19 minutes on private land, which is a permit /authorised vehicle only car park, at St Catherines retail park service yard, in Perth, Scotland. The notice has two photos showing me arriving and leaving the site.

The warning signs are clearly visible, but look exactly like the signs that the same company use in the supermarket parking next to where I parked, which allow two hours of free parking.

The parking charge amount is £80.00, but reduced to £50.00 if i pay it by the 20th of June 2012. If I delay payment then I have to pay £80.00, plus a £30.00 admin fee. Can I ignore it?

In the last year only 49 parking contract cases out of 1,600,000 tickets issued actually went to court.
