Problems with recent purchase - who will pay the bill?
I purchased a nearly 3 year old Citroen C5 tourer from Evans Halshaw (Rotherham) for £9500, along with a 2 year inspection, service and MOT plan at a cost of £270. I got delivery on 27th Feb 2012. The company gave the car a free MOT on 30th April.
In the last 4 weeks the passenger electric window has stopped working. The nearside daylight running lights have gone out and the air conditioning has stopped working.
Is there any comeback to Evans Halshaw or will I have to cover the cost for the repairs to these which could come to quite a hefty bill?
