Changing to a single mass flywheel?

DMF gone after 25,000 miles. Would you recommend SMF?

Clutch judder in first gear from new, told it was common for this model, now wondering if it was faulty from new.

Will make the driveline harsher but a lot of Transit and London Cab owners resort to single mass flywheels.
