Information on Parking Charge
I received a parking charge due to unknowingly parking in a resident's bay. Charge notice details shows wrong make of car (registration is correct), parking attendant number - also fine amounts have overprinted on lines below and are very unclear.
I think the reduced amount is £54.00. Due to unclear and wrong information, is the charge notice valid. Is it worth contesting on what is a technicality or just pay up and move on.

Yes, it's valid. You don't get off on minor technicalities.
