With or without a guarantee
I am looking to change my van for a car and am interested in a 59 plate Nissan Note 1.4 Acenta with 13500 miles on clock, ex motability, from a dealer with a 3 month warranty, but have been offered a September 2010 registered Hyundai i20 1.4 Comfort with 3500 miles on the clock.
The Hyundai hasn't been serviced so I am told the manufacturer warranty is void. Assuming either would suit my needs, which would be the best to go for?
Also, I need a low or flat load area with seats that fold flat - most seem to fold down at an angle.

The Note probably makes the most sense.
