Why are my Skoda's electric windows opening themselves?

I took delivery of a Skoda Superb Elegance earlier this year. Three mornings ago I found that all the windows had been lowered overnight, leaving the interior open to the elements. Have you had any reports of the Skoda Superb's electric windows opening unbidden?

If you did not press the buttons then moisture has got into the ECU which controls locking and windows, located inside the driver's door. This has been happening to Volkswagen Auto Group cars for at least fifteen years.
