Problems with low-mileage Volkswagen estate

I bought an approved 2009 Volkswagen Golf estate 1.9 TDI DSG with only 190 miles on the clock. After a few days I was forced to return it because the cruise control stopped working and the dashboard was heating up.

They initially found a fault with the flow motor, behind the glovebox, which controls the inlet and outlet of air to the car, renewed the part, tested it, but found this didn't resolve the issue. Yesterday they found a glitch in the coding of the heating/air-con system, which needed reprogramming to fix the issue.

I'm concerned and considering getting my money back. However, I'm also tempted to keep it now they've fixed it and because of the low-mileage. What can you recommend?

If they have fixed it you can't get your money back. But the 1.9 TDI was replaced by the 1.6 TDI years ago. This car must have been sitting around for a long time.
