1. Depends what you mean by "small" and what weight you need it to tow. 2. By excluding MPVs you have made the only answer a Peugeot 207SW or 308SW. That's the only station wagon available with 7 forward facing seats. The Dacia MPW 7-seater was never sold in the UK.
