How reliable is the Subaru Forester?

I’ve spotted a 2010 Subaru Forester for sale for £10,000. The car has covered 70,000 miles and looks to be in good condition. Can I expect problems with this mileage on a petrol engine? I will do around 8000 a year.

Needs a replacement timing belt immediately, so cost that into the price. Otherwise reliable.
