Can I reject a car over damage and mismatched tyres?

My 2013 BMW 33-D Touring was delivered in August. Upon delivery, I noticed that the car had bodywork damage, which the supplying dealer has repaired. I have now noticed that the on the nearside, the front and rear tyres are Bridgestone Potenzas and on the offside, front and rear are Continentals.

Are we within our rights to reject the car now? If so, may we claim a refund of the rental payments made under the lease agreement? Please note the car has been in the garage for two weeks for the repairs to the bodywork referred to above and some mechanical faults, out of the three months we have owned it.
