Why aren't HGV drivers and TV presenters prosecuted for talking to the camera whilst driving?
Am I an old spoilsport or should the police prosecute all these TV presenters, reporters and now even Eddie Stobart professional HGV drivers for talking to and looking at the in-cab camera whilst driving along public roads? In my view this is just as dangerous and stupid as using a mobile phone, smoking or eating your dinner whilst driving.

It would be a bit hypocritical. Watch any of the police action TV shows and you will see that police drivers do it too.
