Recall on Skoda Citigo

My mother no longer drives, but still has her Skoda Citigo, which is subject to a recall. It has been put onto SORN and is kept in her garage. How do we get it to garage for the required update?

You have to pay the Skoda garage to come and collect it on trade plates and trade insurance.
