Is it true that aftermarket parts such as Yuasa can be better than the manufacturers?
Is it true that aftermarket parts such as Yuasa can be better than the manufacturers i.e. Ford? Could you also comment on Yuasa as a brand and good battery brands. I have been quoted £90 to replace my battery - not sure if this is reasonable for an aftermarket part.

I can't believe that you are messing about so much over the simple replacement of a battery. This is ridiculous. Just make sure that because your car is a diesel the battery is a higher capacity one suitable for a diesel.
