Mercedes Benz rust and Mobilo warranty - could you pass this on?
Referring to Mercedes-Benz rust warranty. I am taking the local Mercedes dealer to court here in Helsinki, Finland. The basis of my claim is the 30-year rust warranty, which the local dealer has denied. Could you get the gentleman who had similar claim in the UK to contact me (He asked on 19 October 2013 by AW, via email). I would like to get the county court decision to support my claim here in Finland.
