Wanted - smaller car with higher driving position
We have a small child and another on the way. We're now looking to replace our Fiat 500, with something which will be a 'second car' - used mainly for commuting but with the option of having both children in car seats. No more than 10,000 per year mileage wise.
We have £5000 to spend, plus whatever we can get for the Fiat. The car must have a high driving position, economical engine and Isofix child seat fittings. What do you recommend?

Your best bet to replace the 500 is a 5-door upright, but small, Suzuki Splash or Vauxhall Agila. The came with a range of engines: 1.0 3 cylinder, 1.2 4 cylinder. 1.3 diesel and 1.2 auto. Avoid the diesel: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/suzuki/suzuki-spla.../
