a car with unhelpful technology we don't need

Apart from heated seats & heated steering wheel on the cold mornings everything else on this car is a pain in the a***. Remember when you could sit in your car a clean it ? As soon as you go near the car with the key fob on you the dash lights up the daytime running lights are on and before you know it your draining the battery. The keyless entry is possibly the worst thing added to modern cars. Just awful.
We need the ability to completely turn off the auto things that we never needed in the first place. Had I known just how awful these automatic extras are I would not have bought this car. 30 mpg max so far which I would say is rubbish for a 3 pot 1.5. The wheels are too big and the tires profile too skinny. The glove box has no lock just like cars in the 1950's. The whole thing is a shambles of badly thought out ideas. Never again will I buy a Ford.
