Comfortable quiet car

I have owned my car for nearly 2 years now and touch wood it hasn't missed a beat.
It is comfortable and quiet especially on motorways where it is best suited which is my main reasons for choosing the car. Its acceleration is really good for a reasonable size saloon car.I take it to Germany with me and it just eats up the miles. On unrestricted parts of the autobahn it does over 145 mph.Pity so many lorries are on these roads.
The interior is well put together and nice to sit in. Like a lot of modern cars the door seals can creak when dirty against the upper door openings and need cleaning. I use a well known German seal conditioner.
The info system isn't the best and the sat nav is slow to load at start up. I would imagine this is due to having to load from the SD card each time which is an attempt to make it exclusive to MB. Come on MB.
The engine I have is the 2.1 diesel which is very powerful for it type but can growl a bit on acceleration.A more up to date 2.0 diesel is now being fitted having been put in the E class. It is a much better engine as I have used one over a space of time.Much quieter and smooth.
I still like it .
