Great all rounder
2nd one I have owned. the last one being a 2013 FR 1.4 140. Easy to drive and easy to live with. Not as plush an interior as say a Golf but more sporty and if anything more functional. Just turned 5k after 7 months and getting avg 43 mpg round town. Engine is sweeter than a nun at choir practice when you take it easy then gets the devil out when you put your foot down. Paid 16k OTR new as last of the old 1.4 ACT engines, I cannot think the new 1.5 will be any better to be honest. In summary a great car which never pretends to be anything it isn't, but surprises on how good it is compared to much more expensive offerings from VAG and others.
