Nice car let down by engine management issue and dealer reluctant to even look at it

From the onset of owning this car I have had serious issues with the engine when pulling away in 1st gear. Difficult to drive in slow moving traffic either stalls or surges and kangaroos especially when cold. Phoned Faintree Telford skoda dealer twice only to be told I will have to wait until June for the next software update. Phoned Skoda HQ in Milton Keynes who simply phoned Faintree and then repeated what they said. As I hint in the title a nice improvement to the great Yeti but poorly let down by these issues. If its not rectified in June I will be left with either the hassle of taking trading standards legal action or spending more cash on replacing it.....
