Car causing headaches

The car has been causing me headaches for the last few months
Only done 7500 miles and it is "missing" badly when leaving some junctions - feels like fuel problem (always use Jet fuel - not cheap supermarket stuff) - but when I put my foot down to accelerate away from on-coming cars - I often get a huge blank nothing - this is NOT good
Main dealers tell me - "Nothing found" when repeatedly running tests on car - but what is the cause / solution ?
