Buying a Mitsubishi Shogun - Is this reasonable?

Is £16K reasonable for a 51K mile, May 2009 Shogun Elegance (with sat nav and reversing camera)?

Car was last serviced at 42K miles in March 2012 - should I get another service done before I buy? car is being sold by an independent dealer.

Also, what does a one month warranty with an independent dealer really cover? Am I best getting it serviced by my own garage in the first four weeks and if there is a problem going back the the seller?

Yes. Book retail for a 41k mile 09 is £19,200; trade £15,800. This reads like a semi-trade deal rather than a retail deal.

See www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/ If you buy, get it serviced straight away.
