Why has my Ford C-Max gone into limp home mode?
I've recently replaced the clutch and DMF in my 2004 Ford C-Max 2.0 diesel. However, the car has now gone into limp home mode. Any idea why?

Probably the ECU needs to be reprogrammed to the new clutch and flywheel, or, perhaps the timing point on the DMF is in the wrong place.
