Nice car, but it has a serious and potentially dangerous kangarooing when pulling away in first gear, stalls if excessive revs are not used, along with reluctant picking up in second gear.
Skoda Karoq SEL 1.5tsi manual. Two months old, problems from new. Like many other people, I thought it was me getting used to driving a new car. It has a serious and potentially dangerous kangarooing when pulling away in first gear, stalls if excessive revs are not used, along with reluctant picking up in second gear. Skoda are calling it a "characteristic". Have advised dealer I am rejecting the car and am waiting for a response.
